Booking Conditions:

  1. RECEPTION CHECK-IN 2PM - 5PM  If arriving outside these times please contact our office on 0449 541 195 alternatively you will be asked to provide by sms photo id to allow us to verify your reservation, then we can forward you the details for the key box.an sms will be sent 
  2. CHECK-OUT 10AM or YOU MAY LEAVE YOUR KEY IN OUR KEY BOX IF VACATING EARLIER.
  3. STREET PARKING ONLY: Permits may be obtained upon check in at reception, fee is $18 per day for the Ocean Beach area saves having to move vehicle every 2 hours - limited stock of permits.
  4. PETS only allowed in pet friendly apartments, fees apply
  5. DECLINED CREDIT CARD: We will try to contact you, however, it is your responsibility to ensure cards used reservation charges can be applied immediately otherwise booking is cancelled without prior notice.
  6. ADDITIONAL GUEST/PET:  Fees apply
  7. UPFRONT PAYMENT: We will take the first nights accomodation prior to arrival at any time, however, if you wish to cancel please do so 7 days prior to arrival otherwise no refund. This refund does not apply to NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS
  8. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days no refund and the entire booking cost may be charged.
  9. BOOKINGS XMAS/NEW YEAR/EASTER/LONG WEEKENDS: Bookings between 18th December and 5th January will be charged immediately and become a non refundable reservation to guarantee your accomodation.  PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY AS NO REFUNDS DURING THIS PERIOD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  10. CREDIT CARD charges apply at 2.5% for Visa or Mastercard and 4.5% American Express.  Please transfer funds direct for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
  11. All guests must show proof of ID and a pre authority will be charged on guests credit card - the name of reservation, ID and card must match otherwise the booking may be cancelled. PLEASE NOTE: If arriving after hours you will be required to send us by sms your photo id.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival a full refund is available unless it clearly states on your booking NON REFUNDABLE.  NO REFUNDS BETWEEN 18TH DECEMBER TO 5TH JANUARY DUE TO HIGH SEASON DEMAND. Same applies to Easter and Long Weekends.
  2. If you have booked with booking.com, Expedia or Agoda you must contact them to modify and/or cancel reservations.  Our policy stands as above.
  3. Change of mind, no show - NO refund
